This work shop comprehensively covers the process and methodology
of implementing ISMS in the target scope. All the aspects of implementation
are covered through theoretical explanations followed by immediate
hands on exercises in a logical sequence. All the controls are
also discussed in PDCA model along with an owner and possible
metrics which will make the task of defining the processes of
ISMS a lot easier for the participants. The objective is to make
the participants self sufficient in ISMS implementation.
